Now in its 3rd year, the Summer Arts Intensive, presented by the Westchester Children’s Chorus, is a dynamic, week-long immersive program for students in Grades 1–12 who are passionate about music, dance, and artistic expression.

Taking place August 17–21, 2026, this full-day program (8:30am – 3:00pm) brings together young artists from across the region for an unforgettable week of learning, collaboration, and performance.

Students choose a focused track in:

🎻 Strings
🎹 Piano
🎷 Instrumental Jazz
💃 Dance

Throughout the week, participants engage in daily technique classes, ensemble rehearsals, creative workshops, and community-building activities in a supportive and inspiring environment. Guided by experienced and passionate faculty, students strengthen their skills, build confidence, form friendships, and grow as artists.

The week culminates in a special performance that celebrates each student’s dedication, creativity, and artistic growth.
